For those visitors lucky enough to be heading to Phuket in late February and March you will find calm seas and blue skies, great for day trips out to Phi Phi or Phang Nga Bay. March and April are generally the hottest months in Phuket. I was just looking at the live Karon Beach webcam and can only wish that we were packing our bags and heading off.
